The EmpowHER Girls Golf Session is designed to help girls grow both on and off the course. Through fun, engaging activities and guided coaching, participants will develop golf fundamentals while strengthening confidence, focus and teamwork.
This session goes beyond technique. Girls will learn how to manage pressure, encourage one another and bounce back after mistakes. Every activity is created to build resilience, leadership and a positive mindset in a supportive environment.
Whether new to golf or already developing their game, each participant will:
• Build confidence in her abilities
• Learn new golf skills through interactive drills and games
• Make new friends in a welcoming and encouraging space
• Discover how to stay calm and focused under pressure
The session is delivered in alignment with the LPGA*Girls Golf Five E’s Empower framework, helping girls feel capable, connected and proud of their progress.
